Who We Are
We were founded in the year 2000 by Señor Roberto Rojo (Q.E.P.D.) who is the father of the current owners. He established a food cart on 8th and Federal in Denver and with the help of his children, and the vision to grow, they opened the first restaurant in 2002. The location at 775 Federal Blvd in Denver is the very first sit in restaurant. Señor Rojo always told his children “we’ll keep growing the business, one step at a time and we’ll never give up consistency or faith in God”.
Thanks to the acceptance of his customers, his business kept growing and expanding to different cities like Aurora in 2005, Commerce City in 2006, and Brighton in 2007.
El Camaron Loco prides itself on its wide variety of seafood dishes, created by its owners to be exquisite and originals. El Camaron Loco has over 80 authentic dishes to choose from.
In 2010, Denver’s own Westword Magazine awarded us “The Best Seafood Cocktail”, and since then, weve also been recognized as the best restaurant in Denver by Univision. It has been a great honor to see the fruit of our labor and the advances we have had as a Hispanic owned business.
